Non-Cancellation Clause
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind or because the report is no longer needed. Please review the sample report available on our website before placing an order to understand the type of data provided.
In rare cases, data may become unavailable if a company has filed for de-registration or is subject to court-administered arbitration, even if the registration number exists in our system. In such cases, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Data Accuracy
We take the utmost care when collecting, compiling, and translating data. All records are validated before delivery. If you encounter a data inaccuracy, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your report and we will investigate and respond promptly.
Wrong Company Name
If you realise you have ordered a report for the wrong company and the order has not yet been processed, please contact us immediately by email to correct the company name or report type. Once processing has begun, no refund can be issued.
For duplicate orders, we will refund the duplicate charge or provide a replacement report. Contact support within 24 hours.
